Little Rebels Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Little Rebels is operated by Lynn Gray, a sole trader trading as Little Rebels.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we may share it with and the rights you have over your personal information.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Little Rebels, we may collect information including:
your name and contact details, such as your email address and telephone number;
information you provide when contacting us;
information provided when purchasing or managing a Print & Create membership;
information relating to Holiday Club bookings;
information about children attending our Holiday Clubs, including information needed to provide a safe and appropriate service;
communications between you and Little Rebels;
information about how you use our website; and
marketing preferences where you have chosen to receive communications from us.
Payment information is processed by the payment providers used by our booking and membership systems. Little Rebels does not store your full payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your personal information to:
provide and manage our services;
administer Print & Create memberships;
respond to questions and enquiries;
communicate with you about a Holiday Club booking or membership;
safely provide Holiday Club services;
maintain appropriate business and financial records;
improve our website, resources and services;
prevent misuse of our services; and
send marketing emails where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.
We will not sell your personal information to other organisations.
Our Lawful Basis for Using Your Information
Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful reason for using personal information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may process your information because:
Contract — we need the information to provide a service you have purchased or requested.
Legal obligation — we need to keep or use certain information to comply with the law.
Legitimate interests — we have a reasonable business need to use the information and this does not override your rights and interests.
Consent — where appropriate, we have asked you for permission, for example for certain marketing communications.
Where we process particularly sensitive information, including relevant health or medical information about a child attending a Holiday Club, we will only do so where we have an appropriate legal basis and condition under data protection law.
Holiday Club Information
Holiday Club bookings are currently managed using Class4Kids.
When you use our booking system, information may be processed through Class4Kids in order to manage bookings and provide the service.
Parents and carers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information needed for their child's attendance, including relevant emergency, health or additional-support information where requested.
Print & Create
When you join Print & Create, we use the information you provide to create and manage your membership, process your subscription and communicate with you about the service.
We may use third-party services to provide our website, membership system and payment processing. These providers process information as necessary to deliver those services.
Email Marketing
We may send you news, updates and offers from Little Rebels where you have consented to receive them or where we otherwise have a lawful basis to do so.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential service messages relating to a booking, purchase or active membership.
Who We Share Information With
We only share personal information where necessary.
This may include trusted service providers that help us operate Little Rebels, such as our:
website and membership platform;
Holiday Club booking system;
payment processors;
email service providers; and
professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
We require personal information to be handled appropriately and only for the purposes for which it is provided.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including where information must be retained to meet legal, accounting, safeguarding or regulatory requirements.
Different types of information may therefore be kept for different periods.
When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or disposed of where appropriate.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Where we use third-party systems to provide our services, we choose established providers and use the security and privacy controls available to us.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information. These may include the right to:
ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete information in certain circumstances;
ask us to restrict how information is used;
object to certain uses of your information;
withdraw consent where we rely on consent; and
request transfer of certain information where applicable.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are concerned about how your personal information has been handled.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help it function and to understand how it is used.
Where required, we will ask for your consent before placing cookies that are not strictly necessary.
Further information about the cookies used on this website will be provided through our cookie information or consent settings where applicable.
