These Terms & Conditions apply to the Little Rebels website and to our Print & Create membership. By using this website or purchasing a Print & Create membership, you agree to these terms.

About Little Rebels

Little Rebels provides creative holiday clubs for children and digital creative resources through our Print & Create membership.

Holiday Clubs

Little Rebels Holiday Club places are booked through our online booking system, Class4Kids.

When you follow a booking link from this website, you will be taken to Class4Kids to view availability and complete your booking.

The booking terms and cancellation arrangements relating to Holiday Club places are provided as part of the booking process.

Print & Create Membership

Print & Create is a digital membership providing access to a growing library of downloadable creative activities for children.

Membership costs £19 per month and continues on a monthly basis until cancelled.

Your membership gives you access to the Print & Create library for as long as your membership remains active.

We may add, remove, update or replace resources within the library from time to time as the collection develops.

Payments

The current membership price will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.

Payment is taken when you join and subsequently on a recurring monthly basis until your membership is cancelled.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Little Rebels does not store your full payment card details.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your Print & Create membership at any time.

When you cancel, no further monthly membership payments will be taken. You will continue to have access to Print & Create until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling your membership does not affect your right to use resources you legitimately downloaded while your membership was active, subject to the permitted-use terms below.

Digital Content and Your Right to Cancel

Print & Create provides digital content which is available for access and download after joining.

Where you choose to receive immediate access to digital content during the statutory cancellation period, you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once supply of the digital content begins, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Using Print & Create Resources

Your Print & Create membership is for your own use.

You may download and print the resources for:

• your own children or family;

• children you personally teach or care for;

• your own classroom;

• your own childminding setting; or

• a children's club or group that you personally run or work with.

You may print as many copies as you reasonably need for the children you are personally working with.

You may not:

• share the digital files with another person;

• email, message or otherwise send the files to other adults for their use;

• upload the files to shared drives, websites, social media or resource-sharing platforms;

• resell or redistribute the files;

• sell the resources as your own; or

• reproduce or adapt the resources for commercial resale.

If another teacher, childminder, club leader or other adult wishes to use the digital resources independently, they will need their own Print & Create membership.

Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, illustrations, activities, downloads, text and other original content available through Little Rebels and Print & Create are owned by Little Rebels and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Purchasing a membership gives you permission to use the resources in accordance with these terms. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

Availability of Print & Create

We aim to keep the Print & Create library available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Occasionally access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may make reasonable changes to Print & Create, including adding, updating or removing resources as the library develops.

Our Responsibility

We take reasonable care in creating our resources and providing our services.

Adults remain responsible for choosing activities appropriate for the age, ability and needs of the children in their care and for providing appropriate supervision when activities are being used.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example if our services change or legal requirements are updated.

The latest version will always be available on this website and the date at the top of this page will show when it was last updated.

Governing Law
